Airline Geosky LLC was founded in 2017 in Georgia. The airline's scope of operations includes both passenger and cargo services. Since its inception, Geosky has been successfully operating in local and international markets, primarily focusing on cargo operations.

After seven years of successful service, Geosky expanded its operations to include passenger flights under the trade name Georgian Wings. Starting from July 2023, Georgian Wings has been successfully conducting both domestic and international flights. The airline aspires to play a prominent role in the Caucasus Region in the field of passenger air transportation.
