You can change your flight date with any fare type, but it must be done before departure and may involve a change fee. Ticket cancellations are allowed for Standard Economy and Plus Economy, while Lite Economy tickets are non-refundable.
The ticket price covers the cost of transporting passengers from the point of origin to their destination
Refundable tickets can be refunded before departure, though refund fees may apply. Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded after purchase, but you can still change the flight date.
Seat selection is available in advance on our website for an additional fee, regardless of your fare type.
Meals are included in all fare types, provided there is meal service available on the flight.
Yes, you can upgrade your fare after booking, but you will need to pay the difference between the fare types.
Baggage allowance varies by fare type:
- Lite Economy: 6kg checked baggage, plus 7kg hand luggage.
- Standard Economy: 12kg checked baggage, plus 7kg hand luggage.
- Plus Economy: 23kg checked baggage, plus 7kg hand luggage.
Carry-on baggage must not exceed 55cm x 40cm x 25cm, with a maximum weight of 7kg.
Personal items can include smaller bags like purses, laptop bags, or other small carry-on items.
You are allowed to carry liquids in containers up to 100ml per item.
If your baggage exceeds the weight or size limit, additional fees will be applied.
To avoid excess baggage fees, ensure your baggage complies with the limits specified by your fare type.
Checked baggage must not exceed 158cm in total dimensions (length + height + width) and 23kg in weight.
Transporting pets requires an additional fee, separate from your standard baggage allowance.
Yes, pets are allowed in the cabin if they weigh 7kg or less, including the cage.
Most types of pets can travel, including brachycephalic (short-nosed) dogs. However, due to their breathing difficulties and sensitivity to temperature, extra caution is needed, especially when temperatures exceed 22-25°C (72-77°F). It is recommended to consult a vet and assess your pet’s health before booking a flight, especially for long journeys.
The maximum size for a pet, including the carrier, is 55cm x 40cm x 25cm, with a total weight limit of 8kg.
You will need a pet passport and vaccination certificates.
The fee is 50 EUR for pets in the cabin and 100 EUR for pets in the baggage hold.
You can use hard cages or soft bags with absorbent bottoms for your pet's carrier.
Check-in typically begins 2.5 hours before the flight's scheduled departure, but this may vary depending on the airport.
You can check in your baggage as soon as the check-in for your flight opens at the airport.
