Travel with Pet
We pride ourselves on being a pet-friendly airline, ready to assist you in transporting your beloved companions. We allow pets (dogs and cats) in both the passenger cabin and the hold of the aircraft.
To ensure a smooth journey, please prepare the following documents:
- Health Certificate
- Pet Passport / Proof of Vaccinations
Additionally, make sure to check the specific regulations for your destination. When booking your flight, kindly inform us that you will be traveling with your pet. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry friend on board!
Pets in the passenger cabin:
The combined weight of the pet and the carrier must not exceed 8 kg, and the dimensions should be no larger than 55 x 40 x 25 cm.
Pets in the hold:
Animals weighing over 8 kg can only be transported in the aircraft hold. Please inform us of the combined weight and dimensions of the kennel at the time of booking. The animal must be housed in a kennel that complies with IATA (International Air Transport Association) ც.
Kennel Requirements:
- Rigid plastic kennel with a metal door suitable for air travel;
- Clean, leak-proof, and escape-proof;
- Ventilated on three sides;
- Sufficient space for the animal to stand, move, and lie down comfortably;
- Absorbent material on the floor;
- Copies of valid health documents in English must be securely attached to the kennel in an envelope.

Service Animals
A service animal, such as a guide dog, assists passengers with reduced mobility.
Documents needed: Passport that contains the animal’s identification details and vaccination history.
Certificate of Official Guide Animal Status: This document should indicate that the animal is recognized as a service animal for a person with a disability.
The service dog should be in a muzzle and on a leash. They must be seated on the floor at the feet of their owner during the flight.
Please, bring a document that confirms the passenger’s status as a disabled person.
